Three Postdoctoral positions

Aalto University is one of Europe’s leading research-intensive universities with a global reputation in technology, economics, and arts and design. The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management conducts world-class research and provides impactful education focusing on the creation and transformation of technology-based business.

We are now seeking to hire 3 postdoctoral scholars to the department’s strategic focus areas of strategy and venturing, operations and service management, and entrepreneurial leadership. The positions are fixed term for three years, with the opportunity to apply for other academic positions during or after the three-year period.

We support our postdoctoral researchers in conducting research of the highest standards, participating in guiding our doctoral students and teaching in our intriguing courses of strategy, entrepreneurship, operations management, or leadership. Our postdoctoral positions are planned to include one course of teaching per year, but the amount is negotiable. Most of our courses are taught by teams rather than by individual teachers.
