Responsibilities

• Replying to customer enquires before, during and after the purchase;
• Mostly written communication with the end-users in order support and grow the local community of new customers;

Requirements

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
• Excellent knowledge of English language;
• At least 2 - years’ experience in a customer support position;
• Excellent computer and Internet skills;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
