Junior Sales Manager - Thessaloniki
The Role:
Works in close cooperation and under the guidance of the National Sales Manager for Greece. The role also implies in specific: regular customer visits and contacts; search for new customers; effective order management, shipment organization, due debts follow -up, data entry and other related activities as assistance to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting sales of the company’s products in Greece
- Finding new market segment opportunities and local organization for new product launches
- Management of the administrative aspects of sales process and sales office activities
- Handling of communication with company’s clients
- Preparation of commercial offers, standard contracts, agreements and annexes
- Working with company’s ERP /CRM systems, including orders and order modifications inputs, business trip report inputs
Requirements:
- University degree
- Extensive knowledge of sales processes
- Previous experience in Sales and Marketing will be considered a plus
- Experience with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM
- Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in other language(s) will be considered a plus.
- Driving licence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills , attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proactive approach, energetic and enthusiastic
